「Upon Check in time I told to the receptionist that we have van to park, you can go to 4th floor so they went & park w/out looking the said car, the roof of the van was scratched & damaged when we are about to go & see places (they said they will get in touch about the said damaged ubfortunately until now no update). 「The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee was rubbish. The wifi was hopeless to connect.
