「Room was clean and perfect price wise! Host is really nice and stayed in contact all the way from booking to check out.」

「Very difficult to find . numbering system very confusing. Did not give the password for the wifi. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Roku tv only no regular stations.」

「Adorable converted pool house. Perfect for a couple to stay for a few days with all the right amenities. We will be back to stay again in the future.」

「The property was really clean and quiet」

「First off let me just say this, if people would do the right thing this world would be a better place. This house definitely do not represent the pictures that is posted. Checking in was easy and the host provided all information in a timely manner. After checking in of course your first thought is to scan the house, and we did and start to notice minor mishaps holes in the walls and doors not a big deal, however when it was time to go to bed every bed in that house had cinder blocks and pillows...

「Very clean and the hosts were very responsive.」

「Having a place that felt like home while in town for a funeral made things for everyone just a little bit easier. Roxy, my Chihuahua enjoyed her first trip to North Carolina. Great communication on things I needed to know before during and after my stay. Save the listing and plan to use it again and share with friends as well!」

「Horrible check in experience. My family and I ended up leaving within 2 hours I do not recommend this small apartment. Definitely not suitable nor did it have comfortable accommodations. Not at my level & I will never recommend or return. Personally, I have never experienced such inconvenience with check in and overall the place smells. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place and airy place. Far from everything not convenient and can hear all outside noise.」

「The host was very attentive and always responded promptly. The amenities were new, clean and very nice. The location was a plus. My only creative critique was to have more comfortable seating available in the TV area to accommodate 6 adults. I would certainly stay here again in the future.」

「Great location for everything we did. The only downfall was that there was a storm that came through the night we arrived, we lost power, and didn't get internet until we left. We were without internet the entire stay! That said the service is terrible in this area so, we had to make our plans away from the property.」

「Super cute rental for myself and teens. Easy communication with the host. 」

「Super clean and host made it very easy to check-in and check-out. Anyone in North Charlotte looking for a spot, this is it!」
