"Ehrlich gesagt, war ich gar in dem Hotel und hatte als Kunde, der Hotels.com seit vielen Jahren nutzt gedacht ich könnte stornieren. Weder ist ein Mitarbeiter erreichbar noch hilft der "virtuelle Assistent" weiter. Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten plus x sind keine Seltenheit ...um dann irgendeine belanglose Info zu erhalten. Ich werde mir überlegen, ob ich nicht die Plattform für meine Hotelbuchungen wechsel."
