「Property near train 3 minute walk」

「This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families.」

「Loved the space, if you did not like something, call the team and it got taken care of right away. This location was perfect for us, close to all major transportation hubs and easy to get to where we wanted to go.」

「Oerlikon駅から歩いて２分程度で、買い物や外食には大変便利です。各部屋にキッチンと冷蔵庫が付いており、鍋や食器も揃っているので、毎日料理して食費を浮かせることができました。Wifiも問題ありませんでした。２週間以上の長期滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換は週一回行われていました。地下に共用の洗濯機が4-5台あるので、いつでも洗濯できます。洗濯後に乾かす物干し竿とアイロン、アイロン台も部屋にありました。（タオルは自分で洗うということだと思います。）フロントもないですし、普通のホテルとは違いますので、注意が必要ですが、私にとってはとても快適でした。予約すると、メールが送られてきたので、案内に従って登録して、鍵を得るためのコードをもらいました。事前にこれをしていないと現地で苦労することになります。９月中旬の滞在だったので、暑くも寒くもなく快適でしたが、冷房設備がないので、真夏は暑いかもしれません。大きな道路に面しているので、窓を開けていると騒々しいと思います。」

「We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. 」

「Nice & cleaning for the price」

「今回の出張でとまったのでが、外食が非常に高いスイスですので、部屋にキッチンがあり重宝しました。但し、エレベーターがないので大きなスーツケースをもって階段を上がるのは大変でした。」

「I stayed at BR301 for five nights. The room is basically clean and confortable, but I had a water leak from a shower room's door. I think it should be repaired soon.」
