"Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"Very well thought out new build extension, built to a high standard, and comfortable. We had a relaxed mini-break and enjoyed staying here. Plenty of local places to eat but we didn't go much further than the Recruiting Sargeant which is excellent. The only negative is the busy road out front but even that isn't a big deal."

"This cottage was the absolute perfect get-away for a long weekend with family and friends. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay (blankets and pillows for comfort, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pots and pans etc. in the kitchen). "An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car.
