「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad.」

「very clean flat, central, well equipped kitchen. Even supplied fairy liquid, washing machine and dishwasher soap. comfy bed and enough storage space. Only downside is close to hospital so can be noisy with ambulance sirens」

Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol.」

「Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...

「Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room. Wifi not great, some apps would not...

「This property deserves nothing less than excellent. From key pickup, location, correspondence, cleanliness.. zero complaints! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!」

「Spacious and clean. Easy to find and understand how to access. The only downside was that the TV didn’t work. It would just start the Netflix and then spin and spin and then restart the Netflix. Probably a WiFi issue, but the WiFi worked well on all other devices.」

「Water heater was only on for a certain amount of time in the morning and night, if you are someone who takes showers late at night (11pm onwards) then good luck. Property was in the basement, and the door was right next to the whole buildings trash. When we arrived it was extremely unpleasant and smelly. Also note that if you have many luggages, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow, and there is a bush at the top, which makes it even harder to carry things down as it is obstructing....

「Was a beautiful walks away from Bristol City Centre, but transportation is very easily accessible to get to most places. Very quiet, beautiful and was perfect for my holiday! 」
