「Great hotel and amazing staff」

「J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. 」

「We very much enjoyed our time on Chopok. The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant in the evening - the food was delicious, especially after a long day hiking in the area. The hotel is a great starting point for hikes and walks. With some nice weather, the views are spectacular. The weather is not always very predictable and one may get mist and rain.」

It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. 「家族でヴィラに宿泊しました。 プールやプレイグラウンドなどの子供の遊び場が各所にあるので、子供連れで数日滞在するには非常に良いです。 レストランは、この地域の平均よりは高いですが、それでも十分にリーズナブルな価格で食事ができます。料理のクオリティーも高いと思います。（ハウスワインだけは今ひとつでしたが。） マイナスだった点ですが、この地域は夏に蝿が出るようで、油断すると部屋の中にどんどん蝿が入ってきます。（これは周囲の町でも同じだったので、ホテル側の問題ではないのですが。。） それと、民家の並ぶ村の中に立地しているので、周囲の景色には相当な生活感があります。この雰囲気が良いか悪いかは人によって評価分かれるでしょうが、少なくとも高原リゾート的な風景は残念ながら楽しめません。でも、周囲の気候は高原リゾートのそれですので、避暑には最適だと思います。」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location nice and quiet. The playground was covered in snow and our daughter loved it! The playground even without snow would be amazing. I would definitely come back here again. 」
