「I had a great experience here!! Being an ex Cocoa Beach resident, it was in a great location!! Very walkable to everything, especially the beach!! If you don't want to walk, you can pick up the A1A trolley northbound by 6th street! It goes all the way through Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and turns around in the Port!! I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I return to the area!!」

「The house was clean a little dated but a great place to stay and accommodated all six of us nicely since we were going on a cruise the next day and just needed a place to sleep it was fine we didn't really use any of the kitchen or other supplies that were available it would be nice if the owner could provide at a minimum some coffee and sugar for other guests.」
