We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details. The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa」

「Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT.」
