"Le site est magnifique et reposant. L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. En revanche, les draps ne sont pas fournis, ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Au contraire c’est noté serviettes de bain fournie pour ce qui est de la section « salle de bain » et pour le reste ce n’est mentionné nul part que le linge de lit n’est pas fourni qu’il faut payer un supplément. Je l’ai appris le jour même !! de plus l’hôtesse d’accueil me dit que pour le linge on a vu cela ensemble, vous n’en voulait pas...

"J'y est passé une semaine avec mes 2 filles (19 et 14 ans) et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Mes filles cherchaient surtout du repos, après un mois de juillet très mouvementé. Elles ont été ravis. Le très grand jardin et la superbe piscine ont suffit à leur bonheur. Le gîte est grand, très sympa et bien agencé, de quoi donner envie d'y rester plus longtemps. Nous y reviendrons sûrement l'année prochaine. Pour les parents, dont les enfants ne s'inquiètent que du débit du wifi, dites...

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"Hôte trés à l'écoute et réactive aux messages envoyés. Le logement a été en parti rénové mais je pense qu'il y a pas mal de chose à revoir. Notamment pour la sécurité des enfants. Gros avantage par contre, le menage compris. Pratique quand nous avons des enfants en bas âge. "

"My family had a wonderful stay. The gite is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The furnishings are up-to-date and everything works well. The beds are comfortable. "Charming very clean little wooden chalet with a lovely view over the lakes from a large balcony with sunloungers and a table for 6. Set on a small family run camping site it is in beautiful grounds. Nathalie cannot do enough, very friendly and helpful checking regularly that everything is ok and nothing more can be done. There are free pedalos on one lake and other activities and games. "Nice hotel, room clean. The actual town itself is rundown and doesn’t offer much facilities. The restaurant was nice but doesn’t cater much for non meat eaters. We had a dog with us and were given a disabled room with its own door to the car park. The dog was also allowed to come with us to the restaurant."

poor service attension

"Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was "

"Super hôtel. Personnels souriants et disponibles. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le diner et le petit-déjeuner sont très bon avec des tarifs qui correspond bien à ce qui est proposés. Très proche du puy du fou, un hôtel bien pratique face aux établissements du parc."
