「The pool and hot tub was drained and the kids were bummed they couldn’t use it! Staff didn’t seem to care when we stated we came for a funeral and kids were bummed about using pool nothing else was offered or said -staff didn’t seem to want to interact」

「A perfect stay! Clean, fresh, and modern room. Quiet night’s sleep. Yogurt, juice, coffee, fruit, granola, oatmeal, and pastries for breakfast. The staff were friendly and kind. I may not know their mission statement, but we experienced it.」

「The hotel itself was fine, however the circumstances were poor. They first assigned me a room that had guests already in it when I walked in. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you are alone.」

The other questions spilled some coffee coming out of the breakfast area and was told "...

「Clean room helpful staff」

「This is a very clean and well appointed property. I only stayed one night and everything was perfect.」

「Clean rooms, staff was prompt and polite.」

「Breakfast was ok.」

「The room was spacious and clean. The hall carpet looked new. Only downside was they had no elevator. We had to make 2 trips hauling our stuff up the stairs.」

「The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was only fair, not many choices. The staff was helpful and friendly.」

「Our room was a complete disappointment. This hotel used to be a GrandStay and we've loved staying at GrandStay's in the past so we thought this hotel would be fine. However, when we entered our room we noticed the lamp shades had plastic liners that were cracked and falling apart, there was no drain plug in the bathroom sink and bathtub, there was an ironing board but no iron, one lamp had a burned out lightbulb, there was a light switch that didn't do anything and the toilet rocked back and...
