「Clean and comfortable room, professional and helpful staff. A good stay experience.」

「We arrived late after reception had closed for the night. On arrival the fill in manager was not friendly . He was not welcoming at all. When we got inside we found the room very average to what you expect . I also noticed only one bath towel were it should have been two as its a double room. When I went back to ask for another bath towel the fill in manager was not happy that I asked for one. He advised me in a not friendly voice that it was not his fault.. Luckily as we only had this booked...
