The home is perfectly situated within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants, the grocery store, and convenient public transportation, which made getting around very easy. 「Can’t beat the value and close to supermarkets. I like being away from the crowds and downtown so it was right for me. Close to the bus stops as well. Only issue was water pressure was low and had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Overall great place and communication was great!」
