「If you’re a neat freak, you may want to keep looking; however, it’s got great sleeping space for the price. The house has had some updates but is still in need of some renovations. The sheets and linens all seemed new and were nice which was a positive. They have added some touches to make your stay comfortable like fans and A/C units to adjust the temperature how you like it. 「Great place. We enjoyed time. Pool and hot tub seam to leak over edges and lose water. We had some small issues with the heat and fullness of pool. Host was very responsive. Pool was fixed fast. Lots of room beaches not to far away. 4.9 stars」

「The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker.」

「This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.」
