「This is one of the best rooms we ever stayed in Europe. The room was clean, very spacious and great amenities. Our room even had a washer/dryer combo which they provided the pods to use. It is located in the heart of Old Town so everything is accessible by walking. Many restaurants, bars, and sites all around.」

「The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...

「ロケーションかよく、コスパが大変良かったですが、施設とのコミュニケーションが取りにくく、フロント稼働時間内でも連絡は遅れがちで、ひどい時は5時間後ぐらいになってました。入り方は14時までに送ると連絡が来ていましてが、時間になっても来ないので聞いたところ入室は15時からだといわれ、15時すぎても連絡が来ないので再度連絡すると、16時前にようやく連絡がきました。時間に準備ができなかったのに謝りもしませんでした。 テレビやキッチンの使い方がわからず聞いてもわからないとしか言われず、キッチンはなんとか使えるようになりましたが、テレビは使えないままでした。 私は身長155cmですが、ベッドは小さいので大きい人だと大変だと思います。ベッドの寝心地は良くなかったです。」
