「We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english」

「It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. 」

「Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.」

「Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. 」

「NTC Apartments Should state very clearly whether Tower A or Tower B available when someone is making booking. 」

「Very bad communication. Delayed my check in although requested for early check in. Ridiculous check in time at 3pm, checkout 11am. 」

「The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. 」
