「This was really a lovely little apartment. It was nice to see the deer and other critters in the woods looking out the kitchen window. The only downside was it was a little drafty, but it is an older building so that wasn’t surprising. The heat worked great thought despite the really cold weather! The location, apartment decor, the welcome amenities from the owner were all really nice and welcoming. A real home away from home! Thank you!」

「This is the perfect quiet retreat for the creative. The house is extraordinarily well appointed with all needed appliances, coffee, a full sized fridge, stove, oven and even a washer/dryer. If you’re visiting and temps are under 20, request the space heater though, but they had a massive pile of blankets. The bed is FIRM and low. That works for me because I’m old and short. I slept AMAZINGLY but if you’re over 5’7” or so the sleeping loft might be a challenge. Unless you’re used to 5’ ceilings...

「Our summer visit was so nice we came back for Christmas with family! Everyone enjoyed the location, the hot tub, and the cottage. It is hard to find a house that accomodates a group in all rooms. The dining area seated all of us as did the spacious living area.The best surprise...all the water fowl on the lake! So beautiful!」

「We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl」

「Pros: Host was great with directions for the place and parking. This location is ideal for travel downtown and is close to many of the must try restaurants. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.Not a lot of noise from the road or other people in the area (it was bitter winter when we stayed so could be very different in the summer)Cons: It was not as clean as expected(dirty dishes, towels/washcloths with hair on them, beds looked messy, shelves, crumbs in the fridge, and other areas...

「The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor.」
