「I would stay here again. Clean room, Nice view of the lake, pet friendly, access to the water. It's not perfect as building is older and needs some updating.」

「Exactly as advertised. It was a perfect spot for our adventure. The host was easy to deal with and the cabin was clean. We will be back. 」

「The instructions were not clear. We got in late. The instructions say at the top of the stairs but not where the stairs are. The host could not be reached at all. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. The light in the stairway was out which made the stairs even more dangerous. Half the lights in there didn't even work. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The first day my son accidentally spilled his drink and after he cleaned it up, we got a wet paper towel to ensure the floor...

「Outside was not maintained, grass was not cut and leaves from last fall on the ground. Cabin is very outdated, floor in bathroom has weak spots and linoleum was peels up. Bathtub was dirty, when the jets got turned on black moldy debris came out of them. Bare wires sticking out of the wall in the living room, light bulbs burned out in bathroom. Only one coffee cup available for coffee. Window air conditioning unit was put in but had open space between unit and window frame. Had to buy duct tape...

「This property worked well for a short stay in L'Anse. The overall feel is more "bachelor pad" than "Grandma's house." Furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to us. The kitchen is generally well stocked, if a bit cramped for counter space.」

「Roomy cabin and bathroom, great communication with host. Perfect for our overnight stay during travel through the U.P. 」

「Clean and adorable! We didn’t get a chance to use the sauna or any of the outdoors areas. We would definitely stay here again 」

「The house is older and a little sad but it has a million dollar view. Two nice decks but no shade in the evening. Could use a few umbrellas only real complaint we had was the lack of any airflow downstairs. The room desperately needs a screen door or newer windows that open. If you have a group of friends or family it’s ideal. Senior citizens not so much the steps are a challenge, very steep.」

「We had a great time. Good location for snowmobiling. 」

「The log constructed beds are interesting but a bit too bulky for the small cabin, making a bedside table not bedside but a couple feet away. No place for toiletries in bathroom and the shower floor was spongy. Not dealbreakers but improvements could be made. Everything else was very nice.」
