「This property was exactly what we were looking for. Great place to hang out, relax, enjoy the lake and a wonderful backyard with lots of space to run and play games. Very short drive to Publix for shopping. Regional Airport behind property was no problem whatsoever. 「This was perfect for our stay! Our daughter graduated from UGA and we needed a place to stay for the weekend for our family. Yes it's a 75 minute drive to Athens from Milidgeville but well worth it. The kids loved catching fish from the dock and we loved the location. Such a beautiful area! If you're looking for a rental for a UGA event this one is a great one and it beats paying 800 a night for a Best Western in Athens. . 「Stayed at this property before. Love the big yard And pet friendly space! Very quiet and lots of rooms! Easy access to boat rentals and just a short drive into Milledgeville. Owner was very responsive, and patient with questions. One recommendation would be to include lamps in each room, or change the lighting! Otherwise, great stay!」

「This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking...

「This home is beautiful and is located in a very lovely neighborhood. The view of Lake Oconee is very relaxing. We gathered with longtime friends. Two couples had moved away so we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the porch and catching up. There were four couples and we each had our own bathroom. We did a lot of cooking. The home is very well equipped. 」
