「Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort. I do not recommend at all. Most of the property and the amenities are not well maintained. For the most part, the staff were helpful and reaponsive. They were doing their best to keep things running, but the resort is way overdue for an upgrade. 「Spacious and in a nice area. Disappointed with the white leather sofa being so dirty I had to clean it with 409 myself before sitting. The towel and sheets on the bedding looked grey do to dinginess. Had to call every day for new towels and complimentary 2 bottles of water a day. Cleaning is done only twice a week. 」

「In a word, disgusting. Booked the hotel because all others booked up for F1 weekend. No hot water, no WiFi, dirty, flat batteries in TV remote, could not regulate AC, staff could only apologize and offer no solutions. Will not ever stay here again」

「Japanese restaurant is perfect」
