「We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, we used 2 of the 3. We ate at all of the restaurants in the resort, and the food was delicious. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not as comfortable. But the king size bed was massive! the balcony was also beautiful. There was a group checking in right before us, so the check in time took a while.」

「Nicely located near the Ouzoud waterfall. Beautiful property. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had a balcony view of the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast were good as well.」

「Als wir ankamen wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und es wurde beim Gepäck geholfen. Jedoch muss man sagen das für einen Zimmerpreis von mehr als 200€ nur ein Bett vorhanden ist. Eine Schlafcouch existierte zwar, aber diese war derartig dreckig sodass meine Tochter dort nicht schlafen wollte, einfach viel zu teuer. Am ersten Tag funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und der Raum war total aufgeheizt, was bei ca 40°C Außentemp. auch kein Wunder ist. Es gibt zwar zwei Pools, welche aber ziemlich trüb...

「The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel. 」

「Gîte en milieu rural, c'est correct pour un arrêt d'une nuit pour couper la route. Vous devez manger sur place, car il n'y a pas de restaurant dans les environs. Le propriétaire n'était pas sur place, nous avons dû demander à une voisine d'appeler pour le contacter, car la LTE ne fonctionnait pas dans ce village. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et le lit c'est un sommier et non un matelas, donc très dure. Le propriétaire a répondu à nos appels et la famille nous a très bien accueillie.」
