「The hotel was cleaned. The spa was not bad. However the customer service was poor for such hotel. The breakfast did not have enough healthy options, with reheated food from the previous day. The brunch price was expensive and poor service.」

「The room was very hot, as the air conditioning was poorly working. The check in staff was apparently unfriendly. We had to request to have bath towels as it wasn’t prepared. The toilet paper wasn’t prepared enough and there was no extra so that we had to use our own. We recommend not to stay here.」
