「Enjoyed the top notch spa service and also the cab service. Shout out to an amazing front desk rep- Shiny who provided excellent recommendations and also amazing spa staff. Food left much to be desired as there werent a lot of choices for vegetarian food and ala carte. Dust on side tables and room accessories were not clean.」

「ダウンタウンからは少し離れた、GSロード沿いにあります。近くにはショッピングモールのPantaloonもあり、便利な場所です。室内は清潔ですが、トイレのゴミ箱にゴミが入ったままでした。朝食はビュッフェですが、充実しています。 」

「Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised」

「This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent.」

「Every employee at the HOTEL is helpful, polite, and cheerful. It is impossible to single out one Employee because they are all excellent at their jobs. It was a pleasant stay.The hotel is not luxurious, but it is simple and clean.The menu was creatively designed, but some lunch and breakfast options could be added. Danish and croissants were mentioned but were not available, so there might need to be some more breakfast options.」

「i paid cost of 5 star hotel, horrible room , paint peeling poor linen, smalling breakfast daily, pool unhygienic gym smelling. 」

「AC was not working and had to sleep and the hotel staff lied to me that there is problem with the central ac system but I figures out that only my room's ac was not working.」
