「I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! 」

「The cabin felt new. It was clean, check in was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive. It is located off the beaten path in a quiet area, but is in close proximity to Boone, downtown West Jefferson, and North Wilkesboro. It has a sweet little porch we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. We certainly intend to book again!」

「Stay was peaceful. Front door could use blinds or curtains it was a little creepy at night. Hot tub had leaves and such it could have been cleaner. And firepit outside was not functional, out of propane or something and we didnt feel like dealing with it to ask about fixing it we just didnt spend as much time outdoors as we would have had it worked. Bed frame also moved a lot on the hardwoods very creaky. Needs a rug under it or more heavy frame. Overall good experience. 」

「Host/property management interaction was very challenging. Non responsive to messages and came into a house that was 50 degrees because heat hadn’t been adjusted, even though there is a nest/remote thermostat. A lovely home otherwise. 」
