「The Poland Springs Resort features large rooms, a friendly staff, and a beautiful setting.」

「You can see the hotel just got taken over by new owners, rooms are clean amenities like pool gym and spa are ok. Needs a little more cleaning in general, little things need to fix as it’s old and starting to break down. Restaurant is very good , but all depending what manager is there, customer service is lacking」

「Never got to stay there..Had reservations for over 2 months, went to check in and is now dorm rooms.. No notice. Place Sucks!!」

「Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!」

「Breakfast is an extra charge. Used soap in bathrooms. No cream or half n half. Only tap water for drinking. No ice. Home is beautiful. Hostess very friendly.」

「The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was conveniently located for attending both the Moxi Festival and the Great Maine Airshow. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked well. There were many outdoor attributes like the gas grill and kayaks that we didnt take advantage of. The cabin is rustic and smelled musty upon arrival but did air out overnight. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.」

「Gem of a place to stay visiting our Bates student! House was roomy, very clean, and beds were comfy. Great communication with the hosts. Hope to stay again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the outdoor spots- balcony on each floor, fire pit area, and lake access. 」

「We stayed here for a family event and the house was perfect for what we needed for our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable and there was plenty of room for us and the rooms were creatively themed. There were plenty of TVs and the pool was a big plus. The basement was a pleasant surprise, with the basketball and air hockey games, along with an exercise bike and TV. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host John was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. We would gladly stay...
