「We are from the US and were expecting an attendant to check us in. Once we understood the automated process, we were OK. By US standards, the hotel room was very small and spartan, but clean. Only five TV channels, all in Danish. Only a couple towels. Two of the tiniest beds I've ever seen. The room was also very hot at night with no AC, especially after the sun heated up the walls and drapes during the relatively warm days we had. We tried to open the door to the outside but traffic roaring...

「Comfortable bed and quiet place!」

「Staff were very quick to shut down conversations as they came across as very busy. They messed up my itemised payment. I contacted them twice before arriving about spas and treatments and got no replies. I am since chasing a receipt and still not got it after 5 attempts.」

「Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, train station, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Clean and staff were so wonderful and kind and helpful. Loved it! Will return soon!」
