「Love the sauna and beds are comfortable. Good amount of space」

「The hot water did not work in the room, the maintenance person was notified and he did not get it fixed until after 1030 pm, and I wanted to go to sleep. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was hot and yummy. Lots of people went to the breakfast buffet and it was quite busy.」

「Stayed there twice. First time was when I got into Michigan with my daughter. Room smelled of chlorine but next to pool. No breakfast as mentioned when booking. Booked hotel for the night before I had to leave and still no breakfast. Asked about it and they said it’s under renovations. Mentioned that while booking it had breakfast included and he said he doesn’t know why it’s on there and maybe I should ask for a discount.」

「My wife, dogs and myself all loved this stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Having such a great area for the dogs was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. First time staying someplace and never interacting with any staff, different but I liked it.」

「The staff was great but the owner should put more money into their investment. Maintenance is lacking and amenities were very worn (microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater- rusty hot water, furniture). The tv is about 12 inches. If you are looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad- but if you want a hot shower with clean water this is not the place for you.」

「This is a cute place to stay if you’re only planning on being there for a few days, there is not much around the area and it’s more of a small stop you make if you have to rather than a longer stay. It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...
