「The suite we had was perfect for our family. It was the best hotel of our UP vacation.」

「Perfectly adequate room. Bed was comfortable. TV was better than expected with access to a lot of apps. Breakfast had limited options with some hot. Well worth price and better than expected.」

「Great if you have a dog.. and beautiful view!」

「Our entrance door did not fit properly and you could see outside lights in addition to air coming into the room from outside.」

「Staff very kind and helpful. Property is very well maintained and clean.」

「What I liked about the hotel was that we were able to have a late check in without being penalized or turned away, helpful staff. Clean room yet bathroom is outdated with great water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking available without charge.」

「Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Great room with a bay view and balcony. Breakfast was just ok, as with most hotel complimentary breakfasts. Great location and good value being so close to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.」

「Great view right on lake, nice room breakfast helpful.」

「If you are looking to save some money, and you don't care too much about things like a view or things being in great condition, this is a good place to spend a few nights. The staff are very kind, and they welcome dogs. The bathroom floor was curling up at the edges, and the bathtub surface had been worn away from years of scrubbing (but was very clean). There was only one light in the room -- a very bright overhead -- no bedside lamps or table lamp. There is a small fridge and a microwave....

「私はEben Ice Caves Trailheadに行くため、前日にこのホテルに滞在しました。この日は雪が積もっていて、寒い日でした。そんな日もホテルは満室！ 」

「Ideally located right in town with comfy beds and all the comforts of home.」

「It was nice and clean and comfortable stay」

「This place was perfect for what we needed. Did need a few updates, but still clean and comfortable.」
