「It was fine but you need to be able to receive the check-in instructions by SMS. As we were coming from overseas, we couldn't receive SMS in Canada. Fortunately the management operator left an envelop for us at the reception. We found lots of hairs stuck on the walls of the shower. That left us with a negative impression in terms of cleanliness」

「Calm water Retreat was a beautiful, quiet, perfectly-maintained home base for our family as we explored the Ucluelet and Tofino area. 「Our stay was very enjoyable.The condo was clean and bright with a great view and the bed was very comfortable. The bakery downstairs was wonderful and we had pie for breakfast. There was always something to see going on at the pier. The only drawback which the owners have no control over is people partying late at night right outside. The listing was very accurate and did say it can be noisy at this property. Tofino is beautiful and this was a good base for us.」
