「The room has no fridge and even hair dryer is not available. Evening receptionist is so rude! “You have booked, xxx room and now you are 8 people there”. 😱? How can 8 people fit into a small room?? I encourage hin to go to our room, and check for himself! Then I’ve ordered additional bed, immediately they’d asked for the payment. Afterwards i need to follow up with pillow and blanket unfortunately no blanket was provided, 」

The pool, food, staff memebers alll soo professional and very very nice. Location is close to the main attractions can walk to sm destinations or taxi are so cheap. You wont be dissapointed with this hotel at all. 」

「アーリーチェックインの希望に柔軟に対応してくれた。 しかも、上層階のSuperior Roomに無料Up Gradeまでしてくれた。 更に、本来は12時チェックアウトのところ、Extra Chageなしで14時までのレイトチェックアウトをオファーしてくれた。 ホテルチェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらい、Desert Tourに出かけた。ホテルに荷物を取りに行った際に、シャワーを使わしてもらえないかと頼んだところ、Gymフロアーのシャワーを無料で提供してくれた。しかもOpen時間の15分前だったのにも関わらず！ フロントのスタッフは、皆さんとても親切で、本当に気持ちよく快適な宿泊をすることができた。」
