「The property itself is beautiful and clean. The spa is amazing and definitely worth doing the 2 for 12 euros for the indoor pool and spa. The room was very spacious and worth the money. The area itself is very beautiful and quiet. The outdoor pool has amazing views and the staff is very accommodating. Always checking in to make sure your stay is above and beyond!」

「Man hat dem Apartment sein Alter angemerkt - abgewohnte, knarrende Möbel, abblätternder Verputz, beginnender Schimmel im Bad, extram laute Türklinken und Türen,... Zudem war unser Apartment ebenerdig, weswegen wir aus Sichtschutz den ganzen Tag dunkle Vorhänge vorziehen mussten. Leider gab es auch keinen Geschirrspüler, was die Sache vereinfacht hätte. Die Parksituation ist sehr unangenehm, oft haben wir mit Glück den letzten Parkplatz in der engen Gasse gefunden. Wir sind erst um-, dann...

「Das Studio (keine Wohnung) wurde sehr billig renoviert und hast ein Problem mit Abwassergeruch aus dem Badezimmerabfluss. Anstatt das Problem zu beheben, wurde ein extrem starkes Parfüm ins Badezimmer gestellt. Wir haben das Problem gelöst, indem wir eine mit Wasser gefüllte Plastiktüte über den Abfluss gestülpt haben. Außerdem war das provisorische Fenster zum ehemaligen Balkon undicht. Der Fernseher hatte kein Abonnement.Wir haben in den letzten Jahren über 30 Ferienwohnungen auf Teneriffa...

「Die Infos zum Check-In gab's drei Tage vor der Anreise - hat alles problemlos geklappr. Super Lage, direkt am Wasser. Toller Blick auf dem geschützten Balkon.Die Ausstattung war ok, für zwei Personen war alles da. Der Backofen könnte etwas sauberer sein, und wir haben einen Besen vermisst, um mal durchzufegen...」

「Mooi ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan. Alles was schoon en in de keuken was meer dan genoeg voor ons (5 personen) aanwezig. Er stond een goed gevulde fruitschaal toen we aankwamen. Misschien was die van de vorige huurders, maar in ieder geval heel welkom. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Toch 1 minpuntje: in de ensuite badkamer hangt een rioollucht.」

「Pros: Sehr professioneller, kontaktloser Check-In. Man wird über WhatsApp mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die Lage ist phantastisch, mit guter Erreichbarkeit zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen – ideal für Erholung und Unternehmungen zugleich. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Teide ist einmalig! Die Villa selbst ist hochwertig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der Außenbereich mit mehreren Terrasse und Pool hat uns begeistert – hier konnte man wunderbar...

「A smart little apartment within a few steps away from the sea, the local bars/restaurants and a small local shop. Very clean with all the equipment you may need (could have done with a kettle). Very quiet and relaxing. If your looking to stay somewhere away from it all, then I can recommend this place. 」
