アブラ州 ホテル

「初めてのビガンにいきましたが、ホテルスタッフのアドバイスにより、異国情緒に触れ合えました。」

「No 24hr staff on site」

「Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and...

「Good. I got no complain.」

「The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. 」

「立地場所がよくない。 バスタオル以外に石鹸もシャンプーも無い。 リモコン付きのエアコンが良かった。 」

「I had a peaceful stay. My room was great. My favorite thing about my room was the nice big television with Netflix. 」

「Nice hotel , good value for money.. just to pay more attention to small details in the room otherwise it’s all good.. I will stay there again.. it’s comfortable Staff is very accommodating and trained very well on customer service.. will recommend it to friends」

「Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning.」
