「Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and...

「Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning.」

「The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. 」
