This 7th-floor gem at The Palms of Destin Resort offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 5 comfortably. Enjoy Gulf and city views from your balcony, resort pools, and a short walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and parking for 2 make this the perfect Destin getaway!

The Palms at Destin Resort offers numerous amenities for you to enjoy including swimming pools, hot tub and gym. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the 7th floor featuring a colorful interior with open living dining and full kitchen. A large balcony overlooking the Gulf is perfect for a morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The living area is equipped with a large screen TV.

The King master suite has a full bath and TV. On the other side of the condo is a guest bedroom with separate bathroom and a laundry closet with washer dryer in the unit. The guest bedroom has bunk beds with twin on top and full on the bottom. The top bunk is better sized for children, not adults.

We include parking passes for 2 vehicles and complete access to all the resort`s amenities.

Destin is a Florida vacation destination, with gorgeous white sand beaches and warm water in the Gulf of Mexico. The city offers anything you would need for your perfect Florida vacation. There are restaurants and bars, both within walking and driving distance, beach shops and stores to purchase necessary essentials. There are also spas, activities, equipment rentals and many other options to keep you entertained or relaxing during your whole vacation.

Palms of Destin is located across the street from the beach and is about a 10 minute walk to the sand. You can easily walk to several restaurants in the area, both on and off the beach. Shopping for groceries, clothing or supplies is also easy, as many stores are within a mile or two.

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 24 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
