Beay place we have stayed in Destin!

This was the best place we have staued. Minor issues with room, but immediately aketn care of by management. We will atay here every trip.

great condo!

The condo was perfect for our needs with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The "twin" room beds were larger and are so much better than tiny twin or bunk beds! 3 full baths is also a must! TV/electronics worked great. the ONLY thing I noticed was some electrical outlets did not work-but we just had to move some plugs around to accomodate for us. You need to time your showers when you are not running the washer and/or dishwasher or the water pressure is affected but no big deal. The balcony was great! Loved the pool area with the turtle hut the food and drinks were great! We stay here yearly and would definitely get this condo again!

Perfect 5 days

Perfect spot for our family! 11th floor seemed high up- but the view was gorgeous and it didn’t seem that high once up there! Kitchen was perfect for coffee in am, and balcony was spacious! Comfy beds & 3 Bathrooms made it so nice! Very comfortable for our crew!!

Great location, condo could use improvements

The location and beach access was great. We wished both pools were heated as the temperature was chilly during our stay. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. One of the mattresses in the double bedroom was sagging horribly in the middle. Condo needs some dry wall repair. Appliance could use some updating. Overall great location and beach.

Great location and beautiful beach

We had a great stay and the check-in process was smooth. The pools and views are beautiful. The condo overall is in need of some updates since the carpet is very dated/dirty and the dining room table chairs are in need of repair. Overall the condo was spacious and clean and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms to go along with the 3 bedrooms.

Location location

We spent most of our time at the beach and appreciated the complimentary beach chair setup. Close enough to walk the beach to The Back Porch. We were across the street from an adventure park for the kids. Didn't really have a chance to shop but there were lots of stores and restaurants to pick from. The property itself was clean, had an incredible view of the beach, pool, and emerald Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful condo and property.

Everything was great. Can’t ask for a better view and proximity to everything. Unit was beautiful and spacious. We felt at home I would add a keurig coffee maker. Furniture and bedding should be updated soon. Pocket door in master bathroom needs to be fixed.

Paradise for a week

Had an awesome experience. Check-in was a breeze and the property was everything we hoped it would be. Direct access to the beach as well as the pools and hot tub located on the property made for a great stay. The views from the balcony were amazing. Can’t wait to come back and do it again.

The most amazing view

Everything was beautiful with great access to the beach. Only complaints I had were small. Streaming sites on TV like Netflix were not available because remote was missing. Also they really need a Keurig coffee maker. Light in wash room was out. Overall a great trip and couldn't ask for better view or access to beach and pool. Didn't know what to do with trash so wish they mentioned that in welcome packet.

Amazing Stay- Beautiful Condo!

Our stay was flawless! The views were breathtaking; the condo was roomy and was equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was great, and the view from the master bedroom couldn’t be beat. The pools were gorgeous and clean. The beach accesss was perfect and having the 2 beach chairs was really nice! Easy check in and the staff were amazing. I seriously couldn’t have asked for anything more for my group of 7 adults. 10/10!!!

Excellent stay!! Convenient and spacious

Great condo with plenty of space, nice appliances, and plenty supplies for what our family (4 adults, 5 young kids) needed for a 3 day stay. Everything was very convenient (beach, pool, restaurants) and in close proximity with no long walks needed. Room is also conveniently located close to the elevators and trash chute. Beds also comfy and extra bedding and pillows provided.

2021 Girls Trip

Condo was nice. Gorgeous view we even seen dolphins from the balcony. Would definitely stay at this resort again. Just remember to Bring extra bath towels because there is only One towel per person and extra trash bags.

Peaceful Getaway

Delightful

Beautiful property! Amazing non-obstructed balcony view right on the beach! The beach is made of soft, powder like, white sand. Ocean was a clear torquiest color in March when we were there. The condo was decorated in an uplifting beach style. Beds were very comfortable. Super nice staff. We’ll come back 100%! ...and as far as COVID-19 is concerned? You could easily avoid airports and drive like we did. Parking was easy. Bring groceries. The kitchen has a great view of the ocean. Eat on the balcony! Read on the balcony! Listen to music on the balcony! So peaceful! If you are “at risk” , you can enjoy being safe but secluded in this paradise condo! God bless!
