The room was clean, but the beds were very old, and one was broken so it was not very good to sleep on. various lights did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. the view from the balcony was fantastic and there was enough seating for the whole family to sit and enjoy. There was plenty of storage for clothing and personal items. the in-room washer and dryer were nice as we were able to keep up with laundry, so we didn't need to fill our luggage with dirty items. There were enough towels for the first couple of days of stay but we kept them laundered to keep up. There was construction going on while we were there so the main entrance was closed and you had to walk around to the side entrance to access the main lobby. there were two pools and one hot tub on the property that was always full of people. The biggest downside was the facility was supposed to be non-smoking but other guest would be out on their balcony's below smoking various substances and the smell would get so bad that you would have to close your balcony doors to keep the smell out of your rooms. I wouldn't call my stay bad because most of it was spent on the beach or visiting area attractions. the food and attractions in the area were plentiful and there was always something to do as long as it was before 9:00 PM because most things in the area shut down early or didn't open at all due to the off season, which was the week after spring break, so I didn't expect closures.
