I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I do believe in providing honest feedback that can help others make informed decisions. The place was spacious and as described… however, there were a few things that made the stay not as enjoyable. I pay extra for a room with ocean view, and they just give me a room were you can barely see the water, I call and whoever answered told me they were gonna call me, and they never did, the place is nice, it was clean and with everything you need to cook, but it’s upsetting making an effort to pay extra for a room, and then you get something completely different, for me that’s a way to trick people by saying “ocean view” just cause you can see a small part of it, they should be more honest in the description and the pictures, so you ain’t paying for something that is not real!

The property felt extremely dirty. I understand it is under construction but it was ridiculous on how badly the conditions were. The floors in our room were sticky, the couch's were sticky. Only good thing about my stay was the view from the balcony and the girls at the front desks politeness.

The view was amazing. The mattress of the sofabed was very uncomfortable as well the pillows. One of the closest doors was broken. Storage/closest was filled with paint buckets and other carpentry supplies.

It was a wonderful accommodation with a great view of Destin Beach. The bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was also powerful, allowing me to relax in a comfortable temperature.

We rented an umbrella and chairs and were told that the beach chairs and unbrella would stay on the beach until 5:30 pm, went to a late lunch, returned at 4pm to an empty beach! Not Happy!

My room is not clean to stay. When I first entered the room, the floor was wet and sticky. I and my husband have to mop the floor again. But the wet on the floor happened again and repeat all days I stay. May be something wrong with the A/C. That’s thing a big problem to my trip. It makes my trip mad.

The lobby is clean and staff is nice. The room needs renovations. Tub doesn't drain fast enough while taking a shower and the toilets flushes slow. There is mildew on the shower walls and shower curtain. The toilet paper holder is broken and the couch is in need of major repair or a new one. Room is outdated. Nice view though

Overall, a good stay. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Previous communications with Expedia and Vacasa that the condo would not be suitable for a family of six. Small table for 4. No breakfast bar. When i clicked on last available, this was not the unit selected. Very misleading and when communicated to Expedia that transferred my stay to Vacasa, there was no help. Washer and dryer unit had been selected and we had to go out on the floor and pay to wash/dry clothes. Air conditioner was very loud and to sleep at night , we had to turn up air so it would shut off. Other than this, all was clean and enjoyable!

Ripped shower curtain, stains on sofa, love seat and dining chairs. Busted stove display, rusted fridge, parts of mirror held on by painters tape. View from balcony was roof of indoor pool. Pictures in Expedia was not what was experienced. Others vacationers through Vacasa shared same sentiment at the beach. Rooms were horrible. Do better!

The condo was clean but the floors were nasty. The socks were black from walking around BEFORE going to the beach. The stay was great. Wish there was more flexibility on check in. Arrived 2 hours earlier than planned. Wasn’t allowed to check in until the actual check in time.

Great location and beach. Centrally located. Our condo had 2 forks, only dessert plates (no dinner plates). Light bulbs burned out and dinning light missing bulbs and shade. Carpet is worn out.

For a first beach trip for us this was an awful experience! Our room was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was mold on the inside of the shower curtain and up on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was construction going on the entire time of our stay so the noise got very annoying and there was dust all over our patio! This condo was very misleading it said it was a beach front view and it definitely was not, it was the parking lot view. They put into the computer the wrong date for our stay so we ended up getting locked out of our room because they had the wrong check out date. When it came to leaving, there were no carts to put our stuff on so we had to make 4-5 trips up and down from the 6th floor. We definitely will not be staying here again!

Unit was nice. Kitchen was very functional, a good variety of small appliances. Nice newer stove and fridge - ice maker was a PLUS!! If you like a "softer" mattress - then you'll like the bed. The sofa/bed in the living room needs attention. If its "new" it was a cheap purchase, and if its "old" it needs to be replaced. You only need to sit on it once to know what im taking about.
