This premier luxury vacation home on the 9th floor of the St. Lucia building features spectacular views of the Gulf from the balcony and both bedrooms! St. Lucia 904 is West Indies inspired, professionally decorated, and boasts over 1300 sq. ft. of luxury vacation living space! The fully equipped gourmet open area kitchen features spacious countertops, where you can create your favorite meals from the comfort of your vacation home. Your full-size washer/dryer is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.

Sleeps 6 comfortably — the Master suite features a King-sized bed and private bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower and double sinks. The Guest Bedroom also has a King-sized bed and has an adjacent oversize bath with a tile shower. Both bedrooms have private entrances to the balcony, and large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Also there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living area.

Destin has beautiful beaches for daily walks, awesome golfing near by and very good seafood. Watch dolphin from the balcony on two occasions. Silver shells offers it all. We will make this an annual getaway.

I had to contact the property manager on the day of arrival and request that the check in information be sent to me as it was not sent in the 48 hours before as they said they would The condo was great. We came on Saturday (very cold for FL due to impending snow that was coming!!!). We noticed about 8:00 pm we did not have any extra blankets so I contacted that property manager and they texted back they would have house keeping bring us some up. So long story short we slept in our clothes for 2 nights as house keeping did not bring us any blankets up until Monday afternoon. I also questioned about the brackets and key fobs not being attached as we were to wear them everywhere you went on the resort and never received a response. Condo is great as long as you have no questions or issues Check in directions were very vague and no one seems to be able to I answer Your question or help

We loved the condo. Clean. Easy access. Everything in order. Did not like the cookware… we made do though. Had a few issues getting into the room & couldn’t get ahold of the owner of the condo despite sending an email & calling 7-10 times. The property helped how they could. We would definitely come back!

Everything about the condo was fabulous. The cleanliness to the close proximity to the beach, it was great. My major issue with booking this condo was booking it through Vrbo. I contacted Vrbo prior to our trip asking about how to get an umbrella and chairs at the beach. They refused to tell us it was a $65 charge per day if you booked through Vrbo. If you book through Compass, the umbrella and chairs are complimentary. Otherwise, the trip was great and we will return but will be booking directly through Compass next time around.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in May 2018 ... Condo description and photos were totally accurate... grounds , pool , etc were meticulously maintained and pool staff were very polite and helpful . We did have a problem with the freezer but it was dealt with very promptly by Coreen and because of the inconvenience of this we were offered a free boat trip which was an amazing evening... The location of the condo in Destin is very central and would definitely stay there again .

The condo was nice overall but there were a few issues that caused some frustrations. The first issue was getting into the building itself. The keypad on both sides of the elevator lobby from the parking garage don’t work to use the code provided. Additionally, once we got our key fobs they didn’t work to get in from the garage either. We either had to wait for someone to let us in or go around to the front. The floors in our condo unit were not clean. 10 minutes into unpacking and all of our feet were filthy. I tried to reach out to the owner days prior to our visit as one of my guests uses a walker and wanted to find out about handicap accessibility and never got a response. The pool area was nice but offered no shade by lounge chairs and there was no adults only section of the pool. The tiki bar was nice (though expensive, as expected). There are no beach chairs included with the rental property as there are with most condos in the area but were available to rent. The property was nice and looked well maintained. Something to be aware of is that when buying ice from the place near Ruth’s Chris, there was a pending charge on our card for $23.50 for a single bag of ice but did eventually drop off and charge the $4.70 as the machine stated when we purchased the ice. There should be some signage to warn people of this. The beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was new and in good condition so that was a plus. The kitchen had most things we needed except a baking pan
