Beautiful unit and resort. Unit wad clean and spacious. Furniture was showing its age. Lots to do in the area within walking distance. Pool area snd hot tubs were amazing. Resort staff were very friendly.

Contacted the company/ownersNo response regarding the issues we had in the roomWe found blood stains on the blindsPlates and utensils were dirtyWe washed many of the dirty utensils that were put up in the drawers againTrash still in bathrooms when we walked inClogged drains in showers so the water was building up if the shower was running for a short period of timeWe called asking for assistance from the hotel but because this is a “private renter” they could not assist with attending to our needs So we purchased things that were advertised in the listingBoth coffee makers no potsOur overall concern was the lack of cleanliness that we should not have experienced from such a beautiful establishment.That was extremely disappointing

Place appeared clean. We where meet in the livingroom by a roach! Called front desk and they sent someone to spray the KITCHEN. Make a long story, roaches are in the whole house. 5 different unpleasant encounters. Even found a roach in the dry towels they provide to use. Had to keep suitcase packed tight, taking it back to my car everyday. Could not get comfortable. Stayed away all day not wanting to ruin my vacation! They gave me back a small small percentage of what i paid.

Emerald Grande Stay

Condo Unit* The mattress and/or spring in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked every time one got on the bed and also sunk where one laid down. The mattress and springs need to be replaced.* The light over the shower in the master bedroom is out. * The shower head in the master bedroom needs to be either replaced or cleaned; the pressure is very low.* There need to be brighter bulbs and a more translucent shade in all of the bedroom lamps. One could hardly see in the rooms at night. We had to open the bathroom door and turn on the light, and use our phone’s flashlight to see the inside of our suitcase, which was next to the dresser at night. * Lighting in general in the den and over the kitchen table was dim. Brighter bulbs and shades would help a lot.* The decor is VERY worn and dated in the condo.Front Desk* Our initial reception at the front desk was less than welcoming. We arrived at the front desk at 3:30 p.m. The receptionist checked us in but would not give us our room keys until 4 p.m. because we had booked the condo through a 3rd party and not through them. So even though the room was ready, we had to sit in the lobby for 15-20 minutes until 4 p.m. to get the keys to the condo.Facility in General* Getting around the facility was not very easy. One needed to go through the parking garage to another set of elevators to get to the boardwalk. Logic would have thought that a pathway from the lobby directly to the boardwalk would be available.

Love Emerald Grande But

Emerald Grande was awesome Our condo needs major reno. It was sufficient. Both sofa beds are unuseable. Dust bunnies and left-over personal items under furniture. Will not consider renting in the future. Even though the price wsas very reasonable.

Amazing stay in Destin!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! Beautiful views, spacious apartment with 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Restaurants, shops and beach shuttles all within walking distance. The host responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and roomy and plenty of places to hang and put away clothes and comfortably laid out with the furniture. The views from the two balconies were gorgeous overlooking the bridge headed to Destin and crab island. It was so quick and convenient getting to our car in the garage and getting in and out. Loved that we could just walk across the street to several restaurants or literally below us on the boardwalk. You could access any excursion as well right below on the boardwalk. We had a blast going to crab island and a four hour fish trip and then shopping just up the road at the Commons. We highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Destin Vacation

We had a great stay at this location! The beach, proximity to great dining, and amenities at this place are great. The only thing I will advise if you are looking into this venue is the resort pool is small for the size of the building and is shallow. It is great to layout by and for younger kids to play in, but my older children didn’t use it much. The parking is very easy and convenient. The atmosphere is wonderful. Shopping, dining, entertainment (fireworks, music, and an air show), and Fishing Charters were all a short walk away from your room. Also this room had an amazing view of the harbor and Crab Island! I would definitely recommend this room at the property! Thank you again to MSDV Realty for providing a great stay!

Great location looking at Crab Island!

Good communication from owners. Slight trouble checking in bc they said they had not received VRBO reservation. Great valets to help with luggage. Fireworks and air show at HarborWalk were a nice surprise! Garage parking a big bonus! Only rated 4 stars for cleanliness bc king size bed bottom sheet had clearly not been changed out. Ended up pulling it off. Bring pillows if you need to use pull out couches bc the resort was out when we realized there were not any available. But having two pullouts was a plus! Very busy resort and pool not big enough for a resort that size- crowded and water cloudy. I’m sure it’s a challenge to maintain with that amount of use. The view from the unit is AMAZING! Thank you for a nice stay.

Awesome bachelorette trip!

Perfect place to stay!!!! We parked and never had to get back in our car! Condo needed a few more kitchen items but was absolutely perfect for the crew we had!!!!!
