The condo was very clean and so spacious. We loved enjoying the deck and the comfy furniture on it. The views are amazing and you are steps from the beach. We hope to come back in the future!

Place was in a great spot! Private beach was within a few steps making it super convenient. Good space for me and my family. Check in was super easy and parking was close by. You do have the option to pay for beach setup or else you have to set up yourself further down the beach which wasn't a problem for us. Only negative was that the trash chute was super full and that they did some plumbing work for a few hours one day leaving us with no water. But the property management was super communicative and offered us a partial refund for that inconvenience. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Amazing location and the condo was perfect for our family! Kids loved their own room and the view out of the master was to die for. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, however, we did have to purchase all of our condiments, etc. (like salt and pepper), so just be aware of that! Otherwise we adored our stay here. Weather was superb and the beach was pristine. We will be back!

Great place to stay!

Loved this rental. The wife and kids loved it also. Great location, clean, great communication with the renters. It was everything as described in the description. Would love to come back again.

Absolutely stunning. We had the best staycation. Best equipped VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of or needed. The bed were extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean! Great family get away!

The condo is beautifully decorated! It is way bigger than the pictures show. The elevator and steps are very close to the room. The beach really is just steps away! Helpful: Check in is at the gate. There isn’t a “front desk”. There are carts in the parking garage to carry your items to your room.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We loved everything about this condo. Location was perfect. Coffee on the deck each morning was so peaceful. The condo was fully stocked. The only suggestion I’d have would be to include beach chair service. That being said we’d definitely book again and pay for the beach service considering everything that was included inside the condo. The beachfront location was perfect. Also, the real estate company that managed the condo proved 5 star service from start to finish. Top notch vacation all around.

Weekend cheer competition

We absolutely loved this condo! We spent the weekend for a cheer competition but wish we had more time. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach!! Also the place was spotless with the most comfortable beds! We visit Destin often and typically book condos on Scenic Drive However, I told my husband we will definitely add this location going forward!!

100 steps to beach!

Excellent access to beach. 1 flight of steps located just outside the door and a quick walk up the sidewalk. Wonderful view! You can see the dunes as well as the ocean. So close you can hear the waves crashing! Brand new everything, from flooring to faucets! Beautiful. The pictures don’t lie! 10 minute drive to Harborwalk, McGuire, etc. For our first time in Destin, this was perfect for me and my wife.

Excellent times 2

This was our second year staying in this condo and it was perfect yet again! I plan to book this for our next trip again because we love all they offer and the location CANNOT be beat! It's just STEPS away from the beach and it comes with a 2 chair/umbrella rental!! I was happy to find that a mattress topper was added to the Master Bed which it made it so much more comfortable to sleep! This condo is so cozy, I wish we could stay here for weeks on end!

Love it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay we will definitely be back. The condo is a skip hop and a jump from the beach. You can hear the beach from the balcony. The condo was very relaxing feel and quiet.

Beautiful Beach Condo

My husband and I loved this place! Everything was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable! The entrance was kinda hidden, the pool was far away. This condo didn't come with umbrella/chairs and they don't allow you to bring your own.

Great Beach Location

Enjoyed the get away with my two adult sons for a deep sea fishing trip. Location was ideal! Easy check-in and out. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of friendly people in the other condos.

Exceeded our expectations

My family and I have been visiting Destin annually for the last 19 years. We all agreed this was our favorite place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. We could literally lie in the main bedroom and view the sunrise and sunset over the beach.

Beautiful condo with short walk to beach!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has a great beach view. It was so pretty. Everything there is to do in Destin is a short drive from the condo. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Exactly as it looks in pictures. We would love to revisit and stay here again.

Amazing

We booked this property so we could have a couple days with immediate family before the rest of our extended family came and we moved to their location. This condo is top notch and would definitely book again for my family. Very clean, good location, and literally steps to the beach with a great view from the master bedroom, guest room, and living room. We were very pleased!
