The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked, but only negative was the wristbands (for pool/beach/fitness access had to be purchased seperately. Also the beach chairs and umbrella for beach use was not included during stay. Overall, we had a great stay. Views were amazing and communication with owner was good.

Fantastic experience

The unit is very nice. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and it is clean. Very easy access to the pool and beach with a beautiful view from the large deck. Located close to everything you’ll need during your stay.

Perfect Property, just a few issues with security

This property is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located by the ocean! The pool is nice and everything was very clean. The property host was very kind and followed up immediately with issues we had. Just a heads up on some things we encountered that weren’t mentioned on the listing. The check in office closed at 5:00pm and with a 4pm check in. This left several travelers wandering around confused. There is a small security company that patrols constantly and you never feel fully comfortable, as they seem to pick at everything, looking for issues. You can’t drink or eat in or near the pool. The sign for the pool said it closed at 11 but they kicked everyone out at 10. You have to pay an additional 15 per person to have access to the pool. You cannot bring your own tent or chairs to the beach and must rent the supplied umbrellas and chairs for 55 daily. Security came and knocked on our door and accused my husband of smoking on the balcony, when he was doing a breathing treatment. Everyone we spoke to was very frustrated with the security staff and the extra charges that added up quickly for pool access and beach chairs. I completely understand the desire to keep the property clean and the crowd civil, but at times the security ruined it. Our property owner made everything right and we would definitely be willing to stay here again, but we hope there are changes to the security company who were labeled “the fun suckers” by the other property guests.

Perfectly located property with cozy feel, gorgeous view, and great amenities

Our family of 4 stayed for a week in June and highly recommend this property. We used the on-site gym, outdoor pool, and beach snow cone vendor and chairs and umbrellas: no complaints! The property is well secured with staff available around the clock, though we did not have to call them. The front desk had helpful local information and the property is in walking distance of delicious restaurants and a short drive from others. The owner was very responsive and we hope to be back!

Fantastic Property

My husband and two adult sons wanted a beach getaway and this was it. This property was very clean and right on the beach just as stated. Heated pool and hot tub, private beach with chairs to rent and pristine white sand. Close to restaurants and merlins pizza coffee and breakfast places. We will def visit this specific spit again. The room itself is very well appointed with a balcony and plenty of comfortable seating a tv in every room, and thoughtful kitchen amenities. I just loved all of it!

Great property with a fantastic view!

This is an awesome place to relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean front view from the beach or balcony. It was the best vacation me and my husband have had in 40 years! We loved every minute of our stay, and the host was great as well.

Wonderful getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time in Destin. There was plenty to do in this part of Florida. Our condo was gorgeous and clean. The pictures and description are accurate. Close walk to the beach and pool and amazing view. I would highly recommend this property.

Great spot in Destin

We had a blast. Things we loved about this place was proximity to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded so we always got straight out to a desired spot and there weren’t tents everywhere blocking line of sight.
