Spring Break 2025

We are all teachers and family brough our family to Destin. The house is great, it was clean and beautiful. The pool light doesn't work so don't worry about the timer on the wall. Also the sliding glass door handle was broken prior to our stay and I reported it. Other than that the stay was really good. The pool is small but the kids and adults enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped with every thing you need plenty of storage space for groceries. We had 16 people and we all stayed perfect with plenty of room.

Great family vacation

Exactly as pictured on line & perfect size for our family. Very short walk to the beach. A few things showing wear & tear but overall great amenities. Staff was very quick & friendly to respond regarding an issue with a bed. The only negative is the pool alarm but understand it’s a safety feature. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Sorority Sister Reunion

18 Sorority Sisters came together after 40 years! This house was perfect for our reunion. Plenty of room. Super close to the beach. The management company was flawless to work with!

Could be a nice place and location just needs better management

They don't take time to clean the place in side and out. Broken gate, food on walls, inside hand rails nasty, green mold on deck and house siding. We were there in March checking out the area and things to do with the family. We stopped by the house to see how it looked and the location to the beach. When we seen the green mold on the siding and deck area we asked them if that would be taken care of before we arrived in June. Diamond Rentals assured us that all of that would be power washed within the next few weeks when spring maintenance started. It wasn't. My biggest complaint was they charged me extra for my family of 13 people, when their website states it holds 23 people! When asked why, we were told they give that price so smaller families will inquire and could afford! Not until I reserved the place did they tell me that will be extra for your size family. After fees it added up to over $7,800. And then they sent me a list of what to do before you leave and one of them was wash out the refrigerator!! What did I pay cleaning for?? It is a nice location and COULD be a nice place but it needs new management. DON"T rent if Diamond Gulf Rentals is the management company

Family reunion

We all just loved our stay at Reunion house. It was close to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants & some shops, & a pool for the younger children. The consensus of our family would be to reserve this house again for our next gathering in a couple of years. Absolutely fabulous!!

Need new sofas and blankets/throws

This was our second annual stay and the living room needed new sofas more than a year ago. This year was even worse. They are uncomfortable and sagging - even the kids complain. We had absolutely no blankets and only one throw in the entire three floors. That is unacceptable. Not everyone is comfortable at the same temperature.

Reunion House

We had a fabulous time at the Reunion house. From the location and the amenities of the house, it was perfect! We had 13 people stay and we all fit comfortably with room to spare. Our only suggestion would be to install an outside shower to spray off sand on feet and beach toys.

Family Vacation

Great house for family vacation, 4 adult couples and two toddlers. Beach access directly across the street. Nice pool behind the house with full sun exposure for the pool deck with a covered area for sitting and grilling. New grill delivered during our stay.

Family Spring Break

The Reunion House is a beautiful house on Crystal Beach. The house is everything that is shown on the website. My family enjoyed the heated pool and the easy access to the beach.

Beautiful Home

Property was as listed. Short walk to the beach and easy to access. Had a wonderful family vacation. Only draw back is there was only a small section of beach to put up tents, so our walk was alittle further than expected.

'Christmas in July' Family Vacation

The Reunion House was the perfect spot for our family's "Christmas in July" get-together! The layout of the property was perfect for our family of 16 (10 adults and 6 children ages 2 to18)! The home was well maintained, incredibly equipped and the location was great!! The management company was attentive and communicated reminders that were timely and very helpful! It was a wonder trip to the Emerald Coast!!

Very beautiful and short walk to beach.

The house was gorgeous and very clean! The walk to the beach is very manageable. Literally only took 1 min. There were lots of steps at the public entrance but we had teens to help carry our wagons. Lots of wonderful beach toys and games for the family! The house was a little dark for the lighting of the halls, bedrooms and bathrooms and had poor water pressure. Could also invest in an ice maker for that many people. Overall a wonderful and beautiful place to stay.

Great place to stay with a large group!

Quick beach access!

Just the right size for 10 adults and 5 children. Beautifully decorated and functional home. Walk across the street and down boardwalk to the beach. Complementary umbrella and chairs were used every day. Pool also used every day. Just a perfect vacation.
