And Pelican Beach Resort 713 is the perfect vacation condo to make your beach dreams come true. This Gulf-front condo is located in Downtown Destin—conveniently close to the beach and all the exciting happenings nearby. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six beach-going guests.

Perched high on the seventh floor of the Pelican Beach Resort, this cozy condo boasts incredible views of the glimmering gulf and sparkling sands. The sliding glass doors off the main living area open onto a breezy balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. It is comfortably furnished, creating a relaxed spot to watch the waves, enjoy a cold drink, and chat with your fellow vacationers. Inside, the sunny condo radiates a welcoming beach vibe. Lightly toned floors, neutral furnishings, and coastal accents contribute to the laidback feel. The living area includes a dove-gray queen-size sleeper sofa, a patterned armchair, and two vintage-modern accent chairs. This casual seating ensemble faces a pale-wood entertainment center and large smart TV (live TV not provided). A formal hardwood table with six woven chairs sits beside a sea-inspired abstract painting in the dining area. The kitchen is chic and spacious, featuring sleek quartz countertops, white cabinetry, a tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with two wooden stools.

The master suite is as light and sunny as the living area. It includes a king-size bed, contemporary furnishings, a colorful coastal painting, and access to the balcony with gulf views. Its master ensuite bath includes a glass-walled, walk-in shower with nautical-blue tile. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV (live TV not provided), and access to a full hall bath.

Aside from great beach views and comfortable vacation accommodations, guests will enjoy access to quality resort amenities. First of all, the resort has multiple sparkling pools, including one indoor/outdoor pool. Another one of the pools is surrounded by a sunny patio, lounge furniture, and tropical landscaping. Additional amenities include a beachfront Tiki Hut Bar, coastal café, gas grills, and tennis courts. Of course, the beach is only steps away, making it incredibly easy to hop between your condo and the sugary shore.

Pelican Beach Resort is very close to Destin restaurants, shops, amusements, entertainment, and fun activities. Just down the road, you’ll find HarborWalk Village, home to a variety of waterfront restaurants, popular bars, and live musical entertainment. Ocean Reef guests receive reduced rates on water rentals, boats, cruises, and more at HarborWalk Village. Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park is less than a mile away and the perfect spot for memorable family fun. Other must-visit locations nearby include the Destin Commons, The Track, and Henderson Beach State Park.

*Maintenance begins in December on the upper parking ramp and tennis/pickleball courts. The upper garage, courts, EV chargers, and portions of the covered garage will be closed for about three months.

*This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated from mid-October through Spring Break.
