This house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The amenities are amazing and we loved all the little touches of bathroom and kitchen kits, etc. The golf cart was such a big plus for our family. Communication was a breeze. The neighborhood is perfect and location is close to everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The property itself was exactly as advertised (if not better), with all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was smooth and easy, and everything went exactly as expected from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay!

The house was well suited for our group of 12 and had a good amount of space. The neighborhood was nice, and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The golf cart rental through Emerald Coast Premier Rentals was also a positive experience, with good communication throughout.There were, however, several issues that affected our stay. The pool area did not have enough seating for 12 guests, and at least two of the six chairs were worn and in need of repair. The pool light was not working, and although we reported it to the property management company, it was never resolved.The grill was also not functioning properly, with only one burner working. We had to call back after no one initially arrived, and the maintenance solution was simply to provide us with a lighter so we could manually light it.  We found this to be unsafe and not appropriate for a rental that was of this price.We also encountered cockroaches both inside and outside the home. Management did respond, but when maintenance arrived, he asked whether we wanted the inside or outside perimeter sprayed. When we asked what he recommended, he said he did not know and was “not a bug guy.” He ultimately sprayed outside only.We were also unable to communicate directly with the host and had to go through the property management company for every concern. Beach towels would have been a helpful amenity, although the other linens provided were clean and adequate.Overall, the property had good space, a convenie
