Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year in Destin, and this has by far been our favorite. I love the complimentary chairs and umbrella. That was huge for me and will keep me coming back. Not to mention the furnishings and extra small things provided, like more than one garbage bag and soap.

Pricey but nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was meticulously clean, well-equipped and with a great view. The only issue I had was the lack of truly hot water for the master bath/shower. The other bathroom was fine, but it took 10 minutes just to get lukewarm in the master.

Awesome LOVE staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our room this year. This was our second summer there and it’s so nice and peaceful. Loved my room! Also loved that I had a private spot in the shade for my vehicle big plus. My only complaint is the beds. You would think spending this much money on a condo the best would be top of the line. That is my only complaint, everything else was perfect. Wished I was there when I woke up for work this morning.

Oasis

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had an incredible experience at Gulfgate. During the busiest time of year (the week of July 4th) we were able to unwide and enjoy this special oasis. The complex is the perfect size to prevent overcrowding, and they make sure everyone gets to enjoy the incredible beach by preventing people from setting up in front of each other. Our unit felt luxurious, and Ican’t wait to share this hidden gem with other family members in the future.

The pool at Gulfgate was great for both kids and adults. After hours check-in and check-out was super simple. We hope to one day come back!

Best Condo in Destin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time in Room 404 at Destin Gulfgate. The condo renovations are top notch. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into how to make the condo wonderful. It was so convenient to relax at the beach, pool, and condo with our young children. The reserved parking spot for this unit is right by the beach so you can easily store your beach items in or by your car. We really appreciated that Destin Gulfgate set out a reserved beach umbrella and chairs for us everyday. This condo is perfect for a family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, close to everything. The views from the large patio are amazing. A better mattress in the main bedroom would have been nice (it’s way too soft for our liking) but other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect View

This is a beautiful condo just steps from the beach. It has everything you need for your stay and you can’t beat the view from the huge balcony. The kitchen is stocked, the linens are great, and the furniture is cute and comfy. The four of us fit more than comfortably and we had plenty of space. The best part was the view and the sounds of the waves crashing just feet from you! The only thing I would change would be putting black out curtains in the first bedroom. The windows look directly out on to the walkway which is lit all night long. It lights the room up and is a bit annoying.
