(Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. Large flat screen TV’s throughout, with brand-new leather electric sofa, love seat and side chair. Full size washer and dryer included. New furniture on the patio makes this the perfect spot to stop and enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf from the 8th floor. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a dedicated, covered parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.
