House was exactly as pictured. We loved our stay here! It was fully stocked with plenty of beach essentials 6chairs, huge bag of sand/beach toys, wagon. Beach was a very short walk across the street. Kitchen also had all the essentials for preparing meals. Few tips beach towels not provided( we brought our own) Starter kit of laundry detergent toilet paper, dish soaps are great but if you are staying for the week you will need to bring/buy extras. These were both tips I read in comments so we came prepared. When booking this I was worried about the size of the pool. It looked small in pictures . But honestly it was perfect! Only thing I can say is I would have liked a dish towel to wash dishes with we had 2 larger dish towels but not a small one. We will definitely stay here again an amazing property!!

The photos and description of the property were accurate. The unit was about a block and a half from the privately accessible beach. Loved having a grill at the unit. Loved having all the beach chairs, etc in the garage so we didn't have to throw away money on a lot of stuff. The only real downside had nothing to do with the unit: The beach access is down several stairs and not a ramp. That made lugging stuff to the beach a bit of a pain with the cart.

Perfect place for our family

The house was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and just a two-minute walk to the beach. It was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, and came fully stocked with everything we needed for beach days, including chairs and toys. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup!

Lucky Seven family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lucky Seven. Everything was as nice as it looked online. We were very pleased. We emailed maintenance once during the stay, and they responded/showed up within an hour. We would definitely choose this property again!!

Baseball & Beach in Destin

The property and location was great. Was disappointed in the lacking of a few amenities. Needed basics like paper towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper. The downstairs bedroom needs some real adult hangers, no kleenex. The on/off buttons on the channel changer didn’t work on the family room TV. Disappointed in the TV service, could only get streaming services, no local TV. Folding wagon was broken, would have been great to take to ballgames along with a cooler.Would definitely stay there again. The above are things that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

We have stayed 2 years in a row. There are cheaper homes down the road to rent, BUT WE LOVE THIS ONE! Decor is so bright and beachy! We are feom Texas so we appreciate a different vibe. IT COMPLETES OUR BEACH VACATION! SPACIOUS AIRY! PRIVATE! We appreciate the BEDS!!!! AMAZINGLY COMFY! Screened in porches on all levels. Attention to details. Home is always cool. Beach supplies in garage. We asked to stay an extra 2 hours due flight and was not an issue. COMMUNICATION IS ALWAYS ON POINT! DESTIN IS ALWAYS BUSY, BUT THIS HAS A CALM ENVIRONMENT IT IS NICE! We cant imagine staying anywhere else. OH OUTSIDE SHOWER HUGE PLUS FOR CLEANING OFF SAND!!!!!! TILL NEXT YEAR!!!

Great stay at Lucky 7 by the sea

This place was amazing! It gave everyone their privacy while offering a great living room and kitchen area to enjoy together. We are huge cooking people and most places we rent are not well equiped with cooking equipment but this place has everything you could need. The garage had an ice chest, beach toys, nets and buckets for crabing, beach chairs and a great beach cart which was a life savor when trying to bring food, drinks and beach set up for 7 people. The host responded to any and all questions in a very timely manor. I 100% recommend lucky 7, and my family and I will be back in the future.

This property was great for us staying close to the beach, i would have liked a seating place outdoors in the back yard, but the seating area on the front porch worked for us, the outdoor shower was a great addition for rinsing the sand off before coming inside

ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!

This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures are beautiful but the attention to detail is what’s going to keep me coming back. This property had a surplus of kitchen gadgets that blew my mind (a rice cooker?!). The decor is on theme without being cheesy, there was a surplus of towels and the amount of extras just made our trip so much more enjoyable (ex: air mattresses and tiki torches). My party and I enjoyed it so much that we’re already discussing our next stay here. WONDERFUL experience.

It met our needs!

We were very happy with our booking. We had 2 adults, a 15 & 10 year old, & grandma who is 83. She stayed on the ground floor. Kids stayed on the main level. My husband & I had the top floor. The walk to the beach was so ideal. I didn't think we'd use the community pool, but it came in handy b/c it was on the cooler/windy side during our stay. The screened-in porches on each level are awesome & the unit is well-stocked. *I do recommend maintenance have the AC on the main & bottom floor serviced prior to the summer season. Since it was cooler, it didn't bother us, but we did notice a cooling difference.
