Easy check-in. Love the location in the off-season. It was great to have an easy walk and drive to so many restaurants. There was a banging outside the window from something metal outside, so we had to download a noise maker to sleep, but we went away after two days.

We had the best time visiting Destin with our little family! This PH had everything you need to get you started. Emerald Grand offers a free beach water taxi to a private beach, and there's shopping and dining all in walking distance. Park your vehicle and enjoy!

I highly recommend the condo we stayed in. It was wonderful... it was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and with one of the best views of the gulf we have ever had on any of our stays in the Destin area. I would recommend your VRBO to any of my friends.

A few things

A few things. I had emailed the property manager prior to staying asking if there was a Keurig, answer was only a drip machine. I know that seems minor but I shopped specific for that. The listing says there is a grill there isnā€™t. Not in condo nor on property, again shopped for that. We had done groceries prior to checking in. Also, I felt the condo was nice. Great spot. Just dated furniture and it wasnā€™t super clean. The kitchen counter had a sticky substance in it that I had to scrub off. Floor was dusty couldnā€™t be bare foot. It is a beautiful locations and great views. Just those few things.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the adult hot tub, the view and the local Harbor walks. Since it was winter and chilly outside there weren't a lot of other vacationers and there was daily outside maintenance going on. None of that really took away from the great room/view.

We parked our car and never drove again until checkout! Penthouse condo was everything that was advertised. Very clean and great views! Nicely decorated. Free shuttle to private beach was a plus! Everything is walking distance right outside your door! Nice shops and restaurants.

Great Place!

This was a great property and was within walking distance to the board walk. We loved the restaurant where we were staying. There was a lot of excursions within walking distance and a nice restaurant across the street called McGuireā€™s. We would definitely stay here again.
