Probably wouldn't pick this property again
We really enjoyed the location of this house. It was very close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants/shopping. We loved the community pool. But there were some issues with the house that we were very disappointed with. We had 10 people staying in this house, and only one person could get any hot water for a shower, then it was completely cold. We called someone to come look at the water heater and they said we would have to stagger our showers because it was a small water heater. Even when we split up our showers (not ideal when on vacation) and took very short showers, it was always cold. Our dishwasher was broken and only got fixed for the last two days of our stay. All the beach chairs, toys, and wagon they picture on the advertisement for the house are broken and don't work. We ended up buying our own stuff because none of it worked. We tried using the beach shuttle they advertised, and no one would answer the phone. We couldn't get a hold of anyone for the shuttle the whole week. It was really disappointing. These houses are so close together that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We had to call the police for a noise complaint because our neighbors were blasting music all night long and our kids couldn't go to sleep. All this to say, we will be choosing a different house next time. For the amount of money we paid, we definitely didn't feel we got our money's worth.
