Please read this ENTIRELY before booking to make sure this is a good fit for you. The gated location is in the heart of Destin! Less than a mile from public beach access. This complex has 3 shared pools, 2 tennis courts and Barbeque grills throughout the property. A catch and release lake for fishing. Boat / RV parking on first come basis. through the front office of Gulf Terrace. A short drive to Harbor walk, Fishing boats and many Restaurants. 1bedroom 1 bath, The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A full kitchen with all necessary items for cooking. washer and dryer in the laundry room on the patio. Smart TV in the living room with ROKU and several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Management isn't responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest doesn't log out upon check out. This condo is NOT on the beach. It's in an older well-kept gated complex. We believe you will enjoy your time here. There is a potential for noise, as it's on the bottom floor. I have no control over the people above or beside you, just as any condo or hotel room.

Wristbands need to be worn when enjoying resort amenities and should be returned after use The replacement cost is $15.per band if not put back.
Insurance as this is something we Recommend. We do not issue refunds for cancellations since it is beyond our control. This would also include seaweed, sargan Grass this is again beyond our control.
