Our recently updated and inviting, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has new furniture and is located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy fishing at the private lake or splash away in one of the 3 pools. This gated community is in the heart of Destin, sitting on 26-acres with a lake in the middle of the property. Amenities include 2 tennis & pickleball courts, walking bridge over the lake, picnic and barbecue areas.



After a long day in the sun, return to a place you can call your own that is clean and spacious with tiled and wood floors throughout. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and allows for everyone to converse throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counters and plenty of cabinet space. The dining room table has seating for (4) with lots of natural light, brightness & warmth throughout the space.



The living room features a large 58” flat screen TV with a comfy queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. The sliding glass door off the dining room offers a private balcony to sit outside & enjoy a great book while overlooking the fountain in the lake and community pool.



The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a Mr. Coffee and Keurig for your brewing pleasure. The dining room table offers seating for (4). Community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located throughout the community courtyard. The laundry room off the dining room offers a full-size washer & dryer.



The primary Guest Bedroom has a king bed and features a 43” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and comfy beach motif bedding. The guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo and private water closet. The second Guest Bedroom has (2) twin beds, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large double-sided closet.



Stroll ¾ mile to the June Decker Public Beach Access to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you choose to retire from building sandcastles, return to the neighborhood pool which is 30 steps from the front door or go out on an adventure to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment, all within walking distance.



Easy walking distance to restaurants & shops; Shake’s Frozen Custard, Mary's Kitchen, Chick-fil-A, Waffle House, Merlin’s, Subway, Smoothie King, Beach Liquors along with the beach shops, Alvis’s Island & Surf-Style. Enjoy the three pools, two tennis courts, and a fishing lake on 26 manicured acres. With Big Kahuna's Waterpark right next door and the Track nearby, Gulf Terrace 244 offers plenty for the whole family to enjoy!



On a final note, the condo is a self-check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
