    The Space:

    Kick back and take in the incredible beach and Gulf views from your furnished balcony at this comfortable, family-friendly condo on the Panhandle. Slip on your provided pool bands and head downstairs for a swim in the shared, heated pool, work up a sweat in the fitness room, fire up one of the shared grills and enjoy a cookout, or take a stroll out to the adjacent beach. You'll find something for everyone here at Sterling Sands!



    Located alongside the Emerald Coast Parkway, this vacation rental is within walking distance of several popular restaurants including the Back Porch and the Pancakery. For groceries and essentials, you'll find a Target and a Walmart Supercenter, both about a mile from this condo. And if you're looking for some fun beyond the beach, head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, the largest water park on the Emerald Coast, just a little over a half-mile up the road.

    Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

    This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The communication and instructions for getting into the unit were straightforward and easy to follow. The unit is as exactly as described and pictured. The view is great! The building as a whole was quiet and safe with families as well as adult groups. Everything in the unit worked as expected. If you're looking for a unit ocean front with pool and other amenities this is the spot! The location is central to Walmart, restaurants and gas stations and any other needs that may come up. The mattress on the master bedroom could use a replacement but it was comfortable enough. All in all this was the reset vacay I needed. I would recommend ot others as well as would return again myself.
