Nice little place, needs a good cleaning

The check in process was very simple. The room itself needs a little help, bathroom was gross and shower wasn’t cleaned. there were gnats everywhere. Location was good if you like quite and laid back.

Fun Weekend!

I loved the property. It was close to the beach which was nice. Umbrella and chairs were provided. Not a crowded area. Everything we needed was close by with little to no traffic. Glad we chose this place and we will be back.

Beautiful beach property!

We had a short but wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful. It was peaceful and offered everything we were promised and all we could ask for. We enjoyed the property location and condo location immensely. Only one flight of stairs and so close to the beach. We plan to go back soon.

Unsure, ask questions

Older accommodations, but with that, no outside noise or neighbor noise which we really appreciated. Treated as if we had been there before so had to ask questions. Froze 2 days in our unit before learning that the "alarm" was the thermostat. Ask questions.

Great location

The location is great both relevant to Destin as well as in the building. Being on the 2nd floor near the stairs towards the end, you have a great view of the water that is much closer than rooms situated closer to the inside of the "V" shaped building. Additionally, the room is a very short walk to the stairs and beach. The room is okay. The master bedroom is decent, although the TV in a cabinet to the side is basically useless since you can't see it from the bed. The bed is comfortable, although not great. The furniture in the living room is okay, and the TV is amazing for this size unit. The murphy bed is also great as it is much comfier and easier to use than a sleeper sofa, although as an adult, I still would not be able to sleep on it compared to a real bed, although it is perfectly fine for teenagers and younger. The kitchen needs more stuff (missing a lot of essentials), there aren't enough cups, plates, pans, etc., and the stuff is outdated. Their is a Keurig, which I wish the listing mentioned. Also, the toaster doesn't work and is basically a fire hazard. Overall, would stay in unit again, although it needs updated kitchen essentials.

Spring Vacation

The condo was great. The only issue was the lock on the door needs a little work. Hard to unlock. Very clean and maintained. Beach view was wonderful. Staff very friendly.

LOVING This Property

We really enjoyed the property. It's a little dated but it was clean and we loved the quietness and family feel of the property. We took long daily walks and ate at restaurants that were all within 2 miles of the property, all were excellent. We also loved having the chairs and umbrellas furnished as that made our life easier. We'll definitely stay here again.

Everything we expected and more

We had a great time at this property. It wasn't a great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Included beach chair and umbrella rentals. Had all the required amenities and more. I was impressed by the little things. Like the bathroom had a night light. Highly recommend

This place was absolutely perfect!

My family (my husband, son and I) stayed in this condo and it was exactly as it was described. It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. It was very clean everything worked. The view we had was amazing! We will def be staying here again in the future. Thanks!

Summer Vacation

Check-in time was 4pm; arrived at 3:00pm and waited outside the door of the condo until 5pm to get in. Dirty dishes from the last tenant left in the dishwasher. Thought free beach chair was a good thing, but it's not. I never got to be on the first row of chairs to see the water. You had to wait in line at 7am every morning for your chair, and the line was already long every day when I got there. The private beach was packed every day with people and all their beach items. Was not a peaceful, relaxing vaction. Too many rules.
