Inside this spacious condo, bright and colorful furnishings are paired with ocean-themed décor, inviting the outdoor atmosphere inside and keeping you ever-connected to the sun and surf. The comfortable living room includes plentiful sofa and armchair seating as well as a smart TV for nights spent streaming movies and your favorite shows. Gather together for formal meals at the family-style dining table with seating for 6, also the perfect venue for playing host to a fun-filled evening of games. The fully stocked kitchen includes all standard appliances as well as a wine refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster, and all the cookware and dining ware you’d need should you decide to prepare meals at home.



This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 full beds and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower.

• This condo is located on the 8th floor.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• No pets allowed

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.



To get you started, we provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and toiletries. For extended stays or if you run out, nearby stores offer easy restocking options.
